The Gemini is a single skin tent designed for use at high atitude where the air is cold and dry.

 

Tested extensively on mountaineering expeditions in the Himalayas and Karakorum the Gemini is quick to pitch and has a minimal footprint. Making it ideal as a high altitude expedition tent.

 

The simple, single skin, geodesic design is stable and easy to pitch in poor conditions, when you need shelter in a hurry.

 

The single skin consists of the exclusive Gore-Tex FLO2 membrane.

 

Fabrics:

• Goretex FLO2 flysheet fabric gives:
  
  
  
  • a minimum Hydrostatic Head of 10,000mm.
  • breathability to reduce condesation.
  • gas permeability allowing circulation of oxygen and carbon dioxide for a more comfortable nights sleep.
    
• The groundsheet is Waterbloc 10,000mm made using ''High Tenacity Nylon 6.6'' which is proven to give:
  
  
  
  • better UV resistance than standard synthetic materials
  • better resistance to flex fatigue
  • better tear and abrasion-resistance (up to 500\% better than polyester)
  • better bonding to waterproof coatings
  • better strength to weight ratio
    
• Terra Nova Reflex 7001 T6 aluminium alloy pole provide strength and durability.
