Ideal for long workouts or carb loading, the SIS Rego Total Recovery Fuel is a carbohydrate and protein mix which helps to speed up recovery from intense exercise - enabling athletes to get the most out of each day's training.

Each serving is high in glutamine and free of lactose, helping repair muscle, boost immune function, and promote carbohydrate replacement.

  • Mix well
  • Drink within 20 minutes after exercise

For your own protection we recommend that when returning goods to us you use a service with a proof of delivery, appropriately insured to cover the value of the contents. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange any goods not received.
