Our women's road running shoes are divided into three basic categories, depending on what type of gait you have:
Neutral for 'neutral' runners or under-pronators. | Mild pronation for those whose pronation lies between mild and moderate. These are generally 'Stability' shoes. | Heavy pronation for those who pronate heavily and require lots of support. These are generally 'Motion Control' shoes. |
