From short distance running up to tackling a marathon, the unisex Asics Gel DS Racer 9 has been designed with performance in mind.

This lightweight and supportive racing shoe features a Rearfoot Gel Cushioning System to attenuate shock during impact, a Solyte midsole for bounce-back and durability, and Asics' Trusstic technology which provides strength and stability without loss of flexibility.

Built on a racing specific last for longevity and support, the DS Racer 9 has been made for speed. This ninth edition of an Asics' classic is ideal for over pronators, and is the only racing shoe in their stable to feature a Solyte midsole with DuoMax, making it lighter while still promising ample support.

A new Magic Sole provides grip while improving ventilation.

DuoMax consists of different density misole materials, which help correct the degree and velocity of pronation.

IGS Impact Guidance System philosophy allows the foot to perform in a more natural manner, enhancing natural gait.
