The lightweight blend of cushioning and flexibility makes the men's Kinvara 2 from Saucony a great choice for anyone looking for a neutral training shoe.
Heel ProGrid Lite gives minimal mass with maximum cushioning, and memory foam heel pods provide a perfect, custom-fit.
Endoskeleton synthetic lockdown holds the foot without irritation, and lightweight, breathable MonoMesh guarantees lightness and comfort.
This revised version of a Saucony classic fits like a glove, and allows the foot to move through the gait cycle totally uninhibited.
The EVA Plus midsole provides as much shock absorption as Saucony's standard ProGrid, but is 20% thinner.
The 4mm drop from heel to forefoot is a third a normal shoe's measurements, meaning it is flatter under the foot and will allow you to run more naturally by complimenting a midfoot or forefoot strike.
With the looks and weight of a racing shoe, the Kinvara 2 is very much a training shoe for the neutral runner to use on a daily basis.
