The Supernova Glide 4 conquers concrete with every stride.

This new addiditon to the Adidas stable features Formotion technology, a freely moving de-coupled heel system which helps the shoe adapt to every individual running style. Likened to the functionality of an airplane’s landing gear, it adjusts to the running surface to assist in take-off and cushion the landing with every step.

Additional benefits for impact-absorption, comfort and durability are built into the Glide 4, with adiPrene for cushioning and protection of the heel, adiPrene + which protects the forefoot, and fully-engineered Torsion to provide a unique transition from heel to toe.

New GeoFit+ uses FitFoam to mould the shoe to the shape of the foot, reducing irritation and guaranteeing a comfortable and secure fit. The latest Zonemotion technology improves transition, grip and durability.

miCoach compatible, the Glide 4 offers new SpeedCell technology for up to eight hours of recording time for data including distance, speed, pace, time and distance in speed zones.

Get the fit

In cases where your body measurements are between two sizes, go with the smaller size for a tighter fit and the larger size for a looser fit.

Top fit: If your body measurements for chest and waist result in two different sizes, order the size from your chest measurement.

Bottoms fit: If your body measurements for hip and waist result in two different sizes, we'd suggest using your hip measurement.

Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in a new and unused condition within 30 days and we will issue a refund (excluding postage).

Returning an item

For your own protection we recommend that when returning goods to us you use a service with a proof of delivery, appropriately insured to cover the value of the contents. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange any goods not received.
