Important Note.
Any footwear returned to us for a size exchange must be in its original condition with box, any footwear worn outside will be returned to the sender.
A £5.00 carriage charge will be applied to any boots returned for exchange or dirty returns resent from us.
If Returning, Please Do Not put stamps directly onto the shoe box, the box should be wrapped or packaged.
The state of the box and shoes within them (if posted back to us in the shoe box) will be examined and a full refund may not be offered if damaged.
