We want you to be 100% satisfied with any and every order placed with us. Therefore if you wish to return an item for any reason at all you may do so at any time up to 14 days from receipt of the goods provided that the goods are in a new and unused condition.
No refunds will be given on Boxers or Briefs due to health & hygiene regulations relating to undergarments.

You will have received a returns form with your order, simply fill out your details in full and post back to us with the product and we will, wherever possible, action your request within 14 working days of receipt.
If you have not received a returns form please include a letter with your name, address, order number, phone number and details of what you are returning and why. Orders returned with no details or notes may not be able to be processed and this will cause a delay.
