Returning Items

No quibble returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with any and every order placed with us. Therefore if you wish to return an item for any reason at all you may do so at any time up to 30 days from receipt of the goods provided that the goods are in a new and unused condition.

Exceptions - Please note that no refunds will be given on the following due to hygiene or safety reasons.

• Briefs, boxers and other underwear.
• Climbing hardwear including carabiners & metalworks, ropes, harnesses etc.
  
  

How do I return my goods?

All orders should include a returns form with full details of how to return something to us, if you need a copy please download one here. (requires Abode PDF Reader)

For your own protection we recommend that when returning goods to us you use a service with a proof of delivery, appropriately insured to cover the value of the contents. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange any goods not received.
