The Gelert PVC Poncho is made of durable PVC, weighs little and occupies less space than a couple of packs of tissues. Ideal for slinging into rucksacks or gloveboxes when you're out and about in case of a sudden opening of the Heavens!
In hot or humid climates ponchos often feel more comfortable than jackets as air can circulate and condensation build up is less, so these are often an important tool in the tropical traveller's armoury, however they're good for Spring-Autumn UK use to, and should fit over the normal sized day sack.
