At Gear-zone.co.uk we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know that you may want to return items, so below is a brief summary of our returns policy.
Our "no quibbles" guaranteeOur "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in a new and unused condition within 30 days and we will issue a refund (excluding postage).

For your own protection we recommend that when returning goods to us you use a service with a proof of delivery, appropriately insured to cover the value of the contents. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange any goods not received.

Follow-up after 100 days : Pleased with boots, worth the investment. Had tried on in a shop and bought online to make them affordable (go through Topcashback to get 6% cashback). Entirely waterproof - been up to my ankles in mud and no seepage. They are heavier than I'd like but offer good ankle support. Having very narrow feet, I got big blisters, but the shop had said they were one of the lighter-weight and narrow fitting boots, so they will probably be OK for most people.
