The performance-proven Authentic GTX from Salomon has a classic vented design with Gore-Tex technology for durable weather protection.

These men’s walking and hiking boots feature a protective synthetic toe cap, mud guard and heel foam for protection and comfort, while waterproof split suede leather and two-layer uppers keep your feet dry.

The Gore-Tex Performance Comfort Footwear membrane is durable, waterproof and breathable, engineered to perform in a wide range of conditions and outdoor activities.

Featuring a 2D chassis for stability and protection on mountain terrain, and a sole constructed of moulded EVA and Contagrip, the Salomon Authentic will deliver supreme comfort and cushioning, however hard the going gets.

Contagrip’s unique traction technology guarantees excellent levels of grip and durability with a mix of compound, lob geometry and density.

Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in a new and unused condition within 30 days and we will issue a refund (excluding postage).

Returning an item

For your own protection we recommend that when returning goods to us you use a service with a proof of delivery, appropriately insured to cover the value of the contents. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange any goods not received.
