The Grivel Air Tech Evo is the new version of the famous Air Tech axe.

Building on the classic design points of the original, but with refinements utilising the latest technology, the Air Tech Evo is the ideal axe for classic and technical Alpinism and ice falls.

The head, which is hot forged from a single piece of steel, has become an established Alpine classic. The new shaft’s gentle curve just below the head gives greater clearance and makes anchoring easier on any sort of terrain, whilst the lower straight part of the shaft will penetrate into snow with little effort.

The most advanced axe technology, all in under 500 grams.

Ideal for classical and technical Alpinism, ice falls and goulottes.

Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in a new and unused condition within 30 days and we will issue a refund (excluding postage).

Returning an item

For your own protection we recommend that when returning goods to us you use a service with a proof of delivery, appropriately insured to cover the value of the contents. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange any goods not received.
