Our "no quibbles" guaranteeOur "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in a new and unused condition within 30 days and we will issue a refund (excluding postage).

For your own protection we recommend that when returning goods to us you use a service with a proof of delivery, appropriately insured to cover the value of the contents. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange any goods not received.

HELP You've exchanged the Montane jacket for a Berghaus mera Peak med but the sleeves are too long and the chest a bit tight. I''m a 36in waist 42 chest and need a comfortable fitting waterproof jacket. What jacket do you sell that has shorter sleeves? Presumably the Mera Large would have longer sleeves so be unsuitable for me
