Our "no quibbles" guaranteeOur "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in a new and unused condition within 30 days and we will issue a refund (excluding postage).

For your own protection we recommend that when returning goods to us you use a service with a proof of delivery, appropriately insured to cover the value of the contents. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange any goods not received.

The jacket is very high quality. I did expect it to be a little warmer, though. I've found that the sleeves are very long and so protrude from my Sutherland over jacket so they might get a bit wet in the rain. Good if you forget gloves though, as you can pull the sleeves down over your hands. I've got long arms so I wonder if other people would find the arms rather long? It's a lovely jacket nonetheless, well made and a fabulous colour.
I didn't really like the material or the look of the jacket.
