Our "no quibbles" guaranteeOur "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in a new and unused condition within 30 days and we will issue a refund (excluding postage).

For your own protection we recommend that when returning goods to us you use a service with a proof of delivery, appropriately insured to cover the value of the contents. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange any goods not received.

Follow-up after 91 days : Really warm. Hood is best ever. Sleeves are so tight they put me off using it unless I'm very cold. I don't like the colour, but wanted the warmth.
I am really pleased with this item. I have not worn it yet as it is a Christmas present from my husband, however, I have tried it on a few times and know that it will be very useful. One point I would mention is that the colour on the website shows it as blue. It is slightly darker and greener than shown. However, I prefer the actual colour to the one shown.
