High-loft, 700 fill goose down in the Nuptse 2 Jacket will keep you snug in the coldest of conditions, and is zip-in compatible to form part of a comprehensive layering system.

Double layer taffeta on the shoulders adds to the warmth factor and provides extra durability against ski scuffs and rucksack straps, and elasticated cuffs keep out the cold.

Added features in this classic winter jacket from The North Face include a taffeta emergency hood, hem cinch cord, brushed collar lining for comfort, and two hand pockets and an internal chest pocket.

Using only the highest quality Hungarian goose down in their insulated clothing, The North Face conduct thorough tests at three stages of production for loftiness, moisture resistance, and ability to regain loft after compression.

The fill power of goose down is an indicator of two important features: warmth-to-weight ratio and compressibility. The ladies' Nuptse 2 packs down small enough to stow into its own pocket.

All TNF layers can be zipped into other shells to create a single, insulating, cold weather jacket.
