At Gear-zone.co.uk we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know that you may want to return items, so below is a brief summary of our returns policy.
Our "no quibbles" guaranteeOur "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in a new and unused condition within 30 days and we will issue a refund (excluding postage).
Returning an itemAll orders should include a returns form with full details of how to return something to us, if you need a copy please download one here. (requires Abode PDF Reader)
For your own protection we recommend that when returning goods to us you use a service with a proof of delivery, appropriately insured to cover the value of the contents. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange any goods not received.

Follow-up after 90 days : The fabric is not breathable - a key requirement for trekking trousers - so a disappointing buy
We'd just like to point out that the fabric is, in fact, easily classed as breathable...but because it's got quite a dense weave to keep the UV and wind-resistance high it may not feel as breathable as say, a looser-weaved trouser. To be fair, we've never had any one mention this sort of thing about TNF trousers before but feedback is always valued!Kind regards, David Gear Zone
