Our "no quibbles" guaranteeOur "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in a new and unused condition within 30 days and we will issue a refund (excluding postage).

For your own protection we recommend that when returning goods to us you use a service with a proof of delivery, appropriately insured to cover the value of the contents. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange any goods not received.

Follow-up after 3 months : Very good item. Much more lightweight than I expected - which is a good thing. Material so far seems to be hard wearing. Have so far performed excellently. Very pleased with purchase.
Fantastic. Used during a dog-sledding trip in Lapland over a thermal and mid-layer and the wind and wet stayed well on the outside. Recommend to anyone.
Have only used on a couple of occcasions but have kept me dry so far, even when used for pack rafting. Pack away very small, have a good quality fit and zips. They dry extremely quickly too, will definitely look at a matching Rab jacket when my Goretex Berhaus jacket expires.
