Our "no quibbles" guaranteeOur "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in a new and unused condition within 30 days and we will issue a refund (excluding postage).

For your own protection we recommend that when returning goods to us you use a service with a proof of delivery, appropriately insured to cover the value of the contents. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange any goods not received.

Follow-up after 3 months : The service I received from gear zone was very good but my jacket was stolen while in transit through an airport so didnt get to rate the jacket in the cold weather but as soon as gear zone get black in stock again I will be purchasing another.
