The North Star is an ultra-lightweight, water-resistant hooded down jacket for serious winter use.
This men's Montane jacket uses 93% of exceptionally high quality 800+ fill power wild Ukrainian goose down and a water-resistant shell fabric, giving it an unquestionable pedigree.
Designed for extreme winter conditions, it features an adjustable hood with wired peak, an intelligent system of mini baffles to ensure even warmth and a greater fill weight than any other Montane down jacket.
Offering the perfect combination of minimal weight and maximum warmth, the North Star can be stored in the supplied waterproof compression bag when not in use.
The North Star is ideal for delivering incredible warmth in extreme cold conditions and should be the first choice for mountaineers and polar explorers who require a jacket for belaying, wearing around high altitude camps or as an emergency insulation jacket on long winter days in the mountains.
