How to measure a hand for Smartwool gloves
1) Hand lengthMeasure from base of hand to tip of finger.
2) Hand circumferenceMeasure around hand at base of knuckles.
Then use the larger of the two results to choose glove size.

Our "no quibbles" guaranteeOur "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in a new and unused condition within 30 days and we will issue a refund (excluding postage).

For your own protection we recommend that when returning goods to us you use a service with a proof of delivery, appropriately insured to cover the value of the contents. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange any goods not received.

A little disappointed at how item I returned for exchange was dealt with. I had to contact Gear-Zone to see if they had recieved item.However,to be fair ,this was during the Christmas 2012 period.
