How to measure a hand for gloves 1) Hand length Measure from base of hand to tip of finger. 2) Hand circumference Measure around hand at base of knuckles. 3) Hand width Measure from base of thumb knuckle to outside of hand.

We aim to dispatch all items which are in stock on the same working day. Items marked "Special Order" may take longer to be dispatched, the product information will have the estimated dispatch time. Orders are sent with either Royal Mail or Courier and arrive within 48 hours.

Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in a new and unused condition within 30 days and we will issue a refund (excluding postage).

For your own protection we recommend that when returning goods to us you use a service with a proof of delivery, appropriately insured to cover the value of the contents. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange any goods not received.
