Your second skin and the heart of any effective 3-Layer System. It is a moisture super highway creating a dry layer next to the skin, keeping you comfortable during highly aerobic activities in a wide range of conditions.
It also insulates surpisingly well for its weight when you need it too, although for very cold weather, or stationary activities in cooler weather HH Warm garments are worth considering.
For best effect Helly Hansen Lifa products should be close fitting.
