Delivery & Returns
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We aim to despatch all items which are in stock on the same working day, to arrive within 48hours. Items marked "Special Order" may take longer to be dispatched, the product information will have the estimated despatch time.
Most orders are sent either by Royal Mail or Courier. We use this service as if you are not in when they try to deliver, the package is normally sent to your local Post Office rather than a depot far from your home.

Overseas (any non-UK address)
- At present we do not deliver overseas.
Delivery charges are incurred per order and not per item. We will only charge you postage once. Most orders require a signature on delivery as parcels are sent insured and delivery is normally between 8am and 6pm.
If you require a consignment number to track your order please email orders@gear-zone.co.uk and quote your order number.
In the event that we cannot deliver your order or a part of your order we will endeavour to inform you within three working days via email. If Royal Mail or our courier attempt delivery and there is no-one available to sign for the parcel a card will be left which will include details regarding what to do next.
Delivery is normally attempted once by Royal Mail and twice by courier on consecutive working days. It is likely that the package is then sent to your nearest post office for you to collect.
RETURNS INFORMATION
No quibble returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with any and every order placed with us. Therefore if you wish to return an item for any reason at all you may do so at any time up to 30 days from receipt of the goods provided that the goods are in a new and unused condition.
No refunds will be given on Boxers or Briefs due to health & hygiene regulations relating to undergarments.
How do I return my goods?
You will have received a returns form with your order, simply fill out your details in full and post back to us with the product and we will, wherever possible, action your request within 14 working days of receipt.
If you have not received a returns form please include a letter with your name, address, order number, phone number and details of what you are returning and why. Orders returned with no details or notes may not be able to be processed and this will cause a delay.
