Returning items

At Gear-zone.co.uk we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know that you may want to return items, so below is a brief summary of our returns policy.

Our "no quibbles" guarantee
Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in a new and unused condition within 30 days and we will issue a refund (excluding postage).

Returning an item

For your own protection we recommend that when returning goods to us you use a service with a proof of delivery, appropriately insured to cover the value of the contents. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange any goods not received.
