Puma provide performance running and sports clothing to athletes all over the world.

Famous on the football field for sponsoring Pele, Diego Maradona, Kenny Dalglish and Ryan Giggs among a host of other household names, the company’s iconic Puma logo is today recognised everywhere, emblazoned on almost every type of sports clothing, equipment and accessories imaginable.

From Olympic gold medallists to world cup winners, Puma have been helping to provide the fancy footwork of athletes all over the world since the 1940s.

From Maradonna to Martina Navratilova, Usain Bolt to Boris Becker, sportsmen and women through the ages have been part of the Puma revolution. Sports including football, tennis, cricket, golf, and even Formula One in the shape of champion Sebastian Vettel, are all associated with the iconic leaping Puma logo.

As far back as the last pre-war Olympics in 1936 - a decade before two German brothers split up their original Gebrüder Dassler Schuhfabrik footwear company to form the rival Puma and Adidas brands - four-time gold medallist Jessie Owens was sporting running spikes which were the forerunners of today's legendary track running shoe.
