With a wealth of hosiery experience behind them, Horizon's owners, Russell J. Brown and Matt Forward, established the company in 1999 with a mission plan: to develop a market that recognizes socks as performance wear. 

The Horizon brand is now well-known in its field, and the name is synonymous with sporting and ski socks of the highest quality.
