Thirteen million people in the UK will take part in the Big Splash Mile at the end of this month, part of the on-going Sport Relief fund-raiser which has already raised millions of pounds for charity at home and abroad.

The Big Splash offers swimmers the chance to complete a mile either individually or as part of a team, aiming to get enthusiasts everywhere into the pool at events across the length and breadth of Britain.
Raising Cash to Save Lives
Part of a new Swimathon weekend’s joint initiative between BBC Sport and British Swimming’s governing body, The Big Splash will raise cash to help change lives across the UK and in the world’s poorest countries.
